These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern the use of Estuqia, an online platform that generates study tools (cheatsheets, quizzes, flashcards, summaries, mind maps, etc.) from documents provided by the user.

Using the Service implies full acceptance of these ToS.

Access requires creating a user account (email + password, or third-party authentication). The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep credentials confidential.

Registration is open to adults, or to minors with parental consent.

Estuqia lets users import educational documents (PDF, images) and automatically generate, using AI, study materials. The Service includes a free plan with quotas and may offer paid plans later.

The user undertakes to:

• only import documents they have the rights to, or whose use is authorized for personal educational purposes;
• not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or public-order-breaching purposes;
• not attempt to circumvent quotas, security mechanisms or technical limitations;
• not upload hateful, defamatory, pornographic or privacy-infringing content.

The Estuqia platform, its code, design and brand are the exclusive property of the publisher. Documents uploaded by the user remain their property; they grant Estuqia a non-exclusive licence limited to the technical execution of the Service (storage, AI processing, content generation).

Generated materials belong to the user, who may use them freely for personal and educational purposes.

Content produced by Estuqia is generated automatically and may contain errors, biases or inaccuracies. It does not constitute professional advice and is not a substitute for official course materials, textbooks or teachers.

The publisher will endeavour to provide continuity of the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may evolve, be modified or suspended without notice for technical, legal or strategic reasons.

The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, academic failure or errors in generated content.

The user may delete their account at any time from their settings. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these ToS.

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

These ToS may be modified at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes by email or in-app notification.

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after attempting amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
