Accounts FAQ

Everything about your Estuqia account: creation, sign-in, password, deletion and privacy.

Create an account

Two options: email/password sign-up or Google sign-in in one click. No credit card requested.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in uses OAuth 2.0 and only shares your name and email with Estuqia. No access to your Google emails, contacts or files.

Forgot password

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password" to receive a reset link by email (valid for 1 hour).

Delete my account

From your profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: all your documents, revisions and data are erased.

Frequently asked

Can I have several accounts?

Technically yes, but quotas and subscriptions can't be merged between accounts.

How do I change my email?

From your profile, edit your email and confirm the change via the link sent to the new address.

Does my account expire?

No. Free accounts stay active indefinitely, even without activity.

Can I share my account?

Account sharing is not allowed by the ToS. Each user must create their own account.
