European hosting
Data is hosted in Europe on our cloud provider's infrastructure, under European jurisdiction.
Encryption
Exchanges between your device and our servers are encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Files are stored on private storage with restricted access.
Employee access
Access to your document content is restricted to the technical uses strictly required to operate the service (generation, storage, support).
GDPR compliance
Estuqia is fully GDPR-compliant: right of access, rectification, erasure, portability. Request them from your profile or contact us.

Is my data sold to third parties?
Never. The ToS forbids any resale. Our business model is subscriptions.
What happens if I delete my account?
All your data (documents, revisions, profile) is removed from the database; technical backups are overwritten during their usual rotation.
What's the retention period?
As long as your account is active.
