Import stuck at 100%
Check your internet connection and file size (< 50 MB). If the problem persists, refresh the page and retry.
Generation failed
The AI may occasionally return an error. The document is not counted against your quota. Click "Regenerate" from the revision menu.
Blank page
Ctrl+F5 (PC) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to clear cache. If it persists, contact support specifying the affected page.
Can't sign in
Reset your password. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam or use Google sign-in.
Frequently asked
My quota isn't updated
Sign out and back in. The quota syncs at each session.
The AI replies in the wrong language
Force the generation language in your profile → AI preferences → Output language.
The exported PDF is truncated
Probably a very long document. Retry with the "High-quality PDF" option in export settings.
Dark mode UI is broken
Switch to light mode and report the bug via the dedicated form, specifying your browser.
