Payment FAQ

All answers about payment, billing and the security of your Estuqia transactions.

Payment methods

Estuqia accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. SEPA direct debit is available for monthly subscriptions in the euro zone.

Security

No card number is ever stored on Estuqia servers. The entire payment flow is handled by Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Billing

An invoice is emailed at every renewal. You can also download all your invoices from the Stripe portal linked to your account.

For any refund question, please contact us via our official form.

Frequently asked

How do I change my credit card?

From your profile → Subscription → Manage subscription, you access the Stripe portal to add or replace a card.

Why was my payment declined?

Declines are almost always bank-related (limit, block, 3D Secure auth). Retry or contact your bank.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes, all displayed prices include the applicable VAT for your country.

Can I get a company invoice?

Yes, add your company name and VAT number in the Stripe portal during checkout.
